Each Job is Custom and Quoted as Such.

Payment In Full Is Required With All Orders. No exceptions. No Whining, please.

Estimates can take 2 weeks or more depending on the details/size of the project and/or our work load.

Turn Around Time Ranges from 8 to 10 Weeks on Most Orders - but can take longer depending upon the project and our work load - we aim to provide accurate time estimates.

When ordering Custom Brackets, as featured on our website, please note the Minimum Order Requirement (not including shipping) on the pricing pages: Column Supports/Vertical Stand-Offs and Extended Bracket/Corbel Supports.

If placing an order based on our Custom Brackets we recommend sending us a drawing of your project so that we may provide some guidance or reconfigure for your installation needs.

Quotes for Custom Jobs for a design or project you provide are based on a Minimum Setup Cost of $1000.00. For commercial or large projects - involving extensive quotes and shop drawings - are billed at $45.00 per hour.

For any estimates please provide your Design & Specifications, including choice of Materials & Approx. Measurements, and any Photos if pertinent. Any extra details you can provide are critical for an accurate quote.

Shipping, Delivery or Installation are Quoted Separately.

Quotes are FOB Our Warehouse & Good for 30 Days unless otherwise noted. INCREASE IN THE COST OF GOODS AND MATERIALS WILL AFFECT FINAL PRICE. ANY FURTHER WORK OR ADDITION TO WORK WILL VOID THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. Our liability is limited to the amount of the quote provided.

Photos of the Final Product can be E-Mailed for Review Prior to Shipping.
